The amazing thing about Netflix, it allows you to watch TV series a few years old that you may have missed.

While not perfect, I really enjoyed this series. I found it very well done.

If you haven't watched it, consider it. Definitely some HS drama, but again, I found it enjoyable.

One of my favorite shows ever.

Just terrific. It's a damn shame it didn't get a bigger audience. The chemistry between Kyle Chandler and Connie Britton was off the charts.

I love that freaking show.

After seeing the movie I was skeptical of the show, but I'd go as far as to say the show was better.

The ending was incredible. Loved how they wrapped it up. What a series.

To a t.v. series I've ever watched - If not the best.

Left you wanting more, but still really happy how it turned out.

And had enough going on where it was great to binge with the fiancee. Even with the writer strike throwing in some random storylines, still a solid show overall.

Not to mention it was a whose who of smokeshows.

Never care more about characters in any show as much as I did the characters on FNL.

One of my favorite shows everand I've seen them all. Also, terrific score/soundtrack

like JD McCoy. He wasn't on the Panthers when the Lions smacked them around. I'd agree season 2 was the weakest.

left off in the middle of season 4 and forgot to pick it back up. I need to finish it though.

...which has led me to MANY great shows I would've otherwise missed....what an outstanding series....my wife and I watched it one or two episodes at a time and it's easily top 10 in my lifetime...great acting, great script/story lines....and an unforgettable conclusion

A few years back. It's such a great show. The writing, acting and storylines are all just so good.

My wife and I loved this show and she doesn't even like football. The series finale was incredibly well done.

but overall a great show. Especially how they transitioned to so many new characters and still kept it interesting. Season 2 is legendary for how many things went wrong...and all of the story lines with Street seemed pretty weak. But few shows had characters as compelling as coach, coach's wife, Saracen (the episode when his father was killed might be the best of the series), Vince, Smash, Riggins, etc.

brother seemed like the most real character in the show and by real I don't mean the coach wasn't real or Buddy Garrity wasn't real, etc. I just mean ubiquitously relate-able.

I know the book was based on reality, but it didn't need to be Odessa, TX, I think many of us know a Billy Riggins and he was played perfectly.
