John Harper reporting in the Daily News this morning that a scout said Matz looks like he is not finishing his pitches in his Rehab starts. Appears to be babying his elbow and got bombed in his last start. "Not ready for an MLB start" according to the scout.

They don't decide not to play when things are tough. So let's stop with the whole "Terry keeps them together" routine. It's all bullshit because there is literally nothing else you can say about Terry that is a positive.
