I captain a league in a very legitimate 10 on 10 flag league that plays games in Somerset and a few North Jersey fields with games mostly early Sat (some Sun) mornings. Its played on turf fields, with 2 refs, game videos, and linemen are basically full contact.
We have a solid squad and have been a playoff team every year since joining in 2014 but always lack a steady hand at QB that knows and plays the game well enough to get us over the hump.
If anyone here has real (HS, College, Semi-Pro) experience at the helm, or know of anyone that does and would be looking to join a squad, please let me know on the thread and we can trade info.
