This article from ESPN? I thought Dallas was interesting. I'll delete if this was talked about.

Just to help out because it's a pretty vague thread title...

The article is Under-the-radar names to know for every NFL team from OTAs
Giants.....

B.J. Goodson, linebacker

He was a fourth-round pick out of Clemson in 2016 and has the inside track to start at middle linebacker for the Giants this season. Goodson showed well in the spring, especially with his ability to move well for his size (245 pounds). He also did a solid job of making the defensive calls. The Giants are even taking a look at him as a potential three-down linebacker, something they didn't have from that position last season. -- Jordan Raanan
If Moore pans out

For them that will be frustrating to say the least.
Thanks Keith

Oh no doubt. But it will still piss me off if he puts in work for them but wasted our third round pick.
You can't waste time on guys you can count on

It was time to cut ties. He has had other opportunities and he didn't get resigned. He went to the Dolphins and didnt get resigned. Went to the Seahawks and didnt get resigned. If Dallas's best under the radar guy is Damontre Moore I like ours better.

1.5 sacks in the last 2 seasons and only active for a handful of games. He is still only 25 so maybe he can improve but he is a guy that will probably screw up again.

out for them it will be a miracle. The Cowboys are his 5th NFL team. There's obviously something missing with him.

He didn't in two other stops after big blue. This is more an indication of the sad state of the Dallas d-line than an endorsement of him becoming great. At best, he is servicable.

Kid could always run. OTA flag football plays to his strengths.

The interesting part of the article to me, is the fact that each of our East rival featured players are featured because of team weakness at their position. Makes me happy.
Moore is 0-5, so the Giants were entirely correct
PatersonPlank : 6/16/2017 10:42 am : link
I doubt he does anything different with the Cowboys.
If Moore is their best "under the radar" player
BillT : 6/16/2017 10:45 am : link
They are in big trouble. The other NFC East players at least have a reasonable story or are typical developing players. Moore is a what? A five time loser. That's the best they've got! Good.

Agree. He has done nothing and proven to be a bonehead everywhere he has been. Just because he is doing well during the OTAs when the pads are off, doesn't mean anything.
It's funny
Pete in MD : 6/16/2017 10:56 am : link
that the article mentions George Selvie as someone to live up to. I met Justin Pugh at a charity event a few years ago. It was a day or two after the Giants signed Selvie so I mentioned him in our conversation. Pugh was very candid in telling me that he thought Selvie was the worst defensive end in the NFC East.
Maybe the light finally went on for Moore.
81_Great_Dane : 6/16/2017 11:44 am : link
Maybe he's grown up. Maybe he was immature and now he's ready to go to work like a man.

Or, maybe he'll be the same guy he was with the Giants.
If Moore..
FatMan in Charlotte : 6/16/2017 11:48 am : link
trends like other Cowboy reclamations, he'll have a couple decent games and then get suspended.

Unfortunately, Jones won't name him a team leader when he's suspended.
Let me update the list of former NYGs that have haunted us lately

1.
2.
3.
Moore could become a stud DE
annexOPR : 6/16/2017 2:27 pm : link
and the cowboys defense would still suck. Whatever.
