After only one season he is already among my favorite all-time Giants. He is not only a hard working, athletic, and dominant leader but he is a great guy off the field as well. He is the main reason for the defensive turnaround last year. He is like the defensive version of Rich Seubert.

Just looked at this too. So ridiculous. There's no way Graham is better than Vernon.
While I tend to agree, Graham had led the league in hurries or whatever. He was pretty damn disruotive in his own. I really think that one might have to go to Graham. Veenon is younger and not as much injury history, but Graham has consistently been one of the top DEs in football the last 3 year

Vernon was a 2nd team all pro last year. Yea he didn't have a lot of flashy stats but he's one of the best two way DEs in the league. Graham is one dimensional.
Regardless, the logic is inconsistent. You can't say Cox is better bc Snacks is one dimensional then say Graham is better than Vernon.
Re: Snacks, he's just not a good DT vs the run. He's the best, and he's a game changer vs every offense he faces. Saying he's "good vs the run whatever" is like saying Osi was a "good pass rusher, whatever."
My friend who is a knowledgeable Jets fan (they do exist!) was parroting the party line, "Snacks is only a two down player". Yup. Damn good one too. Worth every penny.

Haha, naturally so of course they overpaid that malcontent slug Sheldon Richardson, who they tried to find a team dumb enough to trade for him this offseason, and let Snacks walk. Because, Jets.
