CP3 would be the wrong direction for this franchise.
No more so then the direction I expect them to take. Jeff Teague, George Hill etc. At least with Paul you could "dream" on a Paul/Melo/KP/Willy + say Monk core doing something. I'm pro total rebuild. I just expect a lesser version of chasing Chris Paul.

Wow this is surprising. I can't see how it's possible, but I'd love to see that the Spurs go all out and try to get CP3 and Paul George. That team could seriously compete with GSW. But this tells me the Spurs have something cooking.

Why wouldn't the suns demand Butler for that? Why would any team do all the dirty work for the cavs and give the bulls the requisite return but receive the lesser player? I can't see how Butler to Cleveland works In the slightest.
I'm not the biggest fan of his but people severely underestimate how good the guy is. The only reason for the Cavs to trade him is the matchup with GSW. Any other team it's not an issue. A stretch 4 who can score 25 a game and is an elite rebounder? Not easy to find.
And what the hell is Gilbert thinking? I don't view Griffin as highly as some people but this timing couldn't be any worse. Not to mention possibly angering Lebron. Gilbert is such an asshole- he doesn't deserve that team.

Anyway I think we have a reasonable idea of what Fullz will be even if there isn't an obvious parallel. I wouldn't get carried away with 1 of 40 comps.
But whatever. Fultz and Wiggins are on different planets as a shooter, ball handler, passer, athleticism, etc. size isn't even comparable they're like 3-4 inches apart.

I'm with this but i also agree with the "kings" ransom concert BC suggested. Like what if the wolves did this years first, Dunn and Lavine plus another first next year?
It would have to be an obviously lopsided deal and I'd want a guy with star upside in return (obviously Lavine's upside is in the he of the beholder, but given his athleticism and elite shooting ability I'd throw him as a very high upside option).
Boston would have to unload a bevy of picks as I don't see what their high upside option would be. I'm not sure I even take #3 and brown for him.

Isn't the idea that the Knicks need MORE players like him to actually be competitive again? The entire point of lottery picks is so that you can get a player like Porzingis and rebuild your team.
