Add Engram and what he may be + a healthy Vereen?

I haven't been this excited for a season since LT lined up anywhere he damn well pleased. Excitement on BOTH sides of the football.
Three 1000 yard receivers on same team in same season ?

All three will be on IR by October.

Please tell us the Giants suck.
It wasn't the NFL Network.

It wasn't even Nate Burleson, as the caption at Giants.com said.

It was...sorry, I don't know who that guy is.

At least five times. 1980 Chargers were the first.
Thats too bad

NFL Network is wrong 100% of the time, so now we know there is a better WR corps out there...

"Experts" love talent. You cannot dismiss the talent, mostly young, up and down the roster. Yes, I'm sure there will be a handful of haters (they're always present), but this 2017 NYG team is going to get a lot of love in the media as the preseason progresses. It's already happening.
To me, one surprising fact about 1000-yard receiving trios...
Big Blue Blogger : 6/19/2017 11:21 am : link
...is that the Saints have never had three. They would have done it in 2012 - pretty easily - but Graham missed a fair amount of time and wound up at 982.

Another oddity: with all the great QBs who have racked up massive numbers in the NFL, who was the starting quarterback for the one team with three 1,100-yard receivers? Mark Rypien. He might not even have won the job if Doug Williams had been healthy. The Posse's numbers in 1989 could have been even gaudier, except Rypien missed a couple of weeks in November. Williams was awful, and the Redskins scored just 13 points in two games that included a shocking home loss to Steve Walsh and the 0-8 Cowboys, who would finish 1-15.

I'm not even sure why this kind of response is ALWAYS necessary, but I guess they are? This is a Giants forum. Someone posts an article discussing the Giants and posts like this always show up to throw water on things. It's amazing. Every freaking person on this site knows that precseason chatter doesn't mean anything, good or bad. Can't you discuss and tell us your opinion on the article without the idiotic presumptions that it surely means people are saying that it will play out this way during the season?

I was surprised that the 99 or 2000 Rams didn't have it..

Holt was a little short in 99 and Faulk was a little short in 2000.

Figured one of those two years, Faulk, Bruce, and Holt would have all hit 1000. The Saints were the other team I thought of.. I thought maybe the 2009 team.

Pretty crazy stat, actually.. the 2008 Saints offense ranked first in the NFL in both points and yards and yet didn't have a single 1,000 yard WR.

Brees threw for over 5k and Lance Moore was their best statistical WR in terms of yardage with 928.

I guess that's the true definition of spreading the ball around
