that there is a food truck up here called "The Wandering Dago" that has been fighting the governor and some locales for years for the right to have space (by the Capitol and, I believe, near the track) after being banned because of their name.

This is one of the interesting cases to come out of the SC. I'm glad they struck down that law.

Apparently the Court says that a trade name that is only 'offensive'

Is OK. They draw the line at trade names that are hateful. IMO, that is a distinction that is right up there with the definition of pass interference.
