Giants related SiriusXM Radio question.

Marty in Albany : 6/23/2017 9:08 am
I'm fairly familiar with the programming on SiriusXM, but I wonder if there is anything related to Giants football that would make SiriusXM better than ordinary AM/FM radio.
They could talk strictly Cowboys, Eagles, and Redskins

And it would be far superior.

thanks BBI!
I did a little digging and found that Channel 88 is 24/7 NFL talk

and play-by-play. There are 15 other sports related channels including ESPN. I'll take BBI any day, thank you.

Nevertheless, there is something for everyone on XM radio. There is even a 24/7 Elvis channel (19). Hmm...that may be the convincer. LOL.

You can listen to SiriusXM on it if you have a SiriusXM subscription. Just go to the Alexa app on your iPad/Cell Phone, go to Music,Video,Books, Then SiriusXM, put in your user name/password & yo're set!
I listen to the NFL Channel, channel 88, every day
PatersonPlank : 6/23/2017 11:54 am : link
They have a number of daily shows and its all NFL. In addition on gamedays they do constant around the league updates, where they have reporters at each game giving updates. There are also other shows on during the NFL season. For example there is a fantasy football show running all weekend (and maybe week) long.

Finally they have every game on the radio, they are are on different channels throughout the spectrum (up to channel 230I believe). They announce what game is airing where. Plus they usually give you options for listening to each teams announcers. For example week 1 they could have the Giants (Papa) on channel 128 and the Cowboys announcers on channel 135.

when somebody posts about another team or some random Thursday night game won't get much out of Sirius NFL.

If you believe context helps you understand what the Gmen do on the field, in the front office, the draft, etc. then you could listen 15 hours a day and get something out of it.

Papa can't help but pass on what he's seeing from his front row seat in doing 'Opening Drive', so there's definitely some inside going on there. He steers some of the Monday morning bullshit/hysteria back in the direction of sanity quite often when it comes to the Giants.
I ca'n do with out Sirius XM NFL Radio

Been listening for @ 10 years. Great for streaming when cutting the grass, too, using the app. Really like Ross Tucker, Bob Papa, Pat Kirwan and even Gil Brandt. To my ears, there's proportionately more NYG-related talk than most of the 32 teams. In fact, were I rival fan, it would probably grate on me to no end that the Giants get so much air-time.
