Broncos preview of 2017-week 6 vs the Giants

"The Denver Broncos defense will have their hands full with this team. Eli Manning might be getting up their in age, but he is no push over. With Brandon Marshall and Odell Beckham Jr. as the receivers, Aqib Talib and Chris Harris Jr. better be ready.

The Giants defense has some solid players. With players in the front seven and in the secondary that can make plays, it will not be easy for either Trevor Siemian or Paxton Lynch."

Not that there's anything wrong with sharing this, I just don't understand the point of writing up a preview of a Week 6 game in early June. The game is literally like 3 months away. So many things can and will change between now and then.

The teams will have begun to form identities by then, specific players will probably standout (and not necessarily the ones everyone would expect), there will be injuries, etc.

Seems kind of pointless to me, but hey.. football talk is football talk I guess.
Giants with a solid OL?
SGMen : 7/7/2017 8:29 pm : link
Until proven otherwise, our OL is still below average.

I am a believer in development though. Flowers & Hart will be better. Our TE position will have blockers. Richburg will be better after going through Bentley's camp this summer. Pugh will hopefully stay healthy. The wildcard is Fluker cause if he ever put it together he has the physical tools to be very very good indeed.

Denver is a tough place to play. I'd love to see the Giants heading there 5-0, with say a 2 game lead in the division possibly. We need a fast start before the road games begin to take their toll.

If we don't come out flat, I think we have the advantage at QB. But then again, it is early so who knows.

This might be worth going to, I haven't had the pleasure of visiting Denver yet.
Are you serious

They don't even go to training camp for another three weeks. Plus who knows who will be injured or not by that time. And we're previewing week six. Boy talk about putting the cart before the horse.
Tony is obviously suffering from some major withdrawal

as are the rest of us :)
Seems kind of silly to stop at week 6. Why not just go

right into the Wildcard match-ups?
While you can't take the writeup too seriously

A beat writer has to write something to sell.
