Quite an actress, formally trained with an MFA, accomplished stage background. Last couple roles she's hit out of the park - Nora Durst in "The Leftovers" and Gloria Burgle in "Fargo, Season 3."
She's in a Spielberg project that's filming now alongside Tom Hanks and Meryl Streep (and Alison Brie) called "The Papers." Here's a blurb on that film:
A cover-up that spanned four U.S. Presidents pushed the country's first female newspaper publisher and a hard-driving editor to join an unprecedented battle between journalist and government. Inspired by true events. Could be good.
Anyhow, I'm becoming a fan. Wondered if anyone else was, as well.
And no. She's never seen my basement.
Yet.
I'm not finished with S2 of Fargo yet so I haven't gotten to S3 where she appears in that - but based on what I saw of her in the Leftovers, I think she has a few more big roles in her future.
She's an outstanding actress and she's an absolute babe too. Not in a model-y, huge tits, SI swimsuit edition type of way - but really hot nonetheless.
While I get the overall point, even if she did cash in it wouldn't mean she's married to the character. IMO she should get a huge movie deal, she earned it. Just hope she doesn't go Hugh Jackman and make 38 Wolverine movies when he can put stuff out like Prisoners instead.
And Molly is very nice. (And safe. For the record.)
Yeesh. I'm a little scared of your fantasy life.

Just what I heard about your Molly Pan encounter bro. Don't hurt me. Please?
Sleep tight.
Sleep tight.
Don't take everything you read so seriously. Lighten up bud.
This comment made me think of Dennis Reynolds from Its always sunny in Philadelphia.
Specifically, it reminded me of this scene.

Oh. I'm light.
Nora Durst is easily one of my favorite characters ever.

She was incredible as Nora Durst.

The immediate reaction/backlash to that news and the fact that it was a top trending story on Twitter the day the Emmy nominations were announced was their vindication and actually kinda cooler than a Emmy nod. Especially for a show that was never a ratings juggernaut.
