Yoenis Cespedes tells The Chronicle he wants to finish career with A's; "I love Oakland all the time." http://www.sfchronicle.com/news/article/Yoenis-Cespedes-wants-to-finish-career-in-Oakland-11306433.php&cmpid=twitter-premium @sfchronicle
So, apparently Cespedes wants to finish his career in Oakland.
He just had a day off on Thursday. He needs another one?
Anyone ever tried a penis pump before? Are second hand pumps worth trading for?

As long as the are swedish, and your first hand is busy.
Jesus. We are going to mortgage the future because of shit like this.
We had to have known how good his hit tool is. His defense has surprised and together it makes for a very solid LF on a team like the Mariners. I don't think he can compete with the talent we have fighting for a position in the outfield.

kind of sorry we let him go.

Fair point. I'd feel better if the guys we got in the trade were more promising, but I don't see them being talked up anywhere. Maybe I'm wrong about that.
lol, I think his hand is OK!
Showing 4 of the 5 tools so far in this game.

That is seeing Frazier keep looking worryingly at his right hand? I hopenhes ok
lol, I think his hand is OK!
I guess so!
Lol seriously. Frazier needs to be in this lineup.
Haha that made me laugh.
Gotta get Ellsbury off this team. He actually has value to a few teams if we eat atleast $30-$40 million of his money
Why not? He was a decent hitter. Had to be, since he played 10 or so years and couldn't run or play defense
Last Yankee to do that? Joltin' Joe DiMaggio
Thought the same thing the other day. Great to see.
My dog will remember the called shot.
OMFG did he crush that.
Wow.
Epic. Rucco actually made a nice call on it too
Seriously.. he's so amazing
That was just unreal.
I knew after he barely missed that 2-0, he was primed to smash.
I'm sitting here completely in awe.
If they don't screw it up, he could be the most marketable star since Griffey Jr.
LMFAO
yea but a used penis pump can remember to touch the bag on a play at 1st.
I think statcast is supposed to measure where it would have landed.

You have officially entered the post of the year contest if we had one.
Huge round of applause. Well done Stu.
Safeco is not some bandbox either, that is a cavern

hit that out of Safeco Field, holy shit

man - seeing that replay again - that almost did leave the building.
Stuff of legends ...
What?
I agree, think Robertson needs work tho
Very easy 1-2-3 Inning. Like 10 pitches
Let the closers do their thing. Measure them as well. No need to unseat anyone just yet.
The BP is now a huge strength if these guys are effective.
OK yes agree completely.
This is Joe's weakness. He thinks pitchers get right by pitching more, despite the effect on wins and loses.
But it is 5-1. And he's still ok.
BTW. CC with an excellent start tonight.
Warren in.
agreed.
If it's one game, who is the killer? They don't have one.
5 if you count Green. 51k in 37 ip this year
I really think we can make some noise THIS year if we get to the postseason. Of course, if Tanaka starts giving up 3 homers in the first again, it kinda dont matter. Next, lets see the bats come alive.
Joe has done an extraordinary job with the Yankees. He is the only manager in history, whose team has scored fewer runs than his opponent over a season, with a winning record.Girardi has done this twice in his career.
Managers have far less impact on their team than most fans believe.I read more than a dozen baseball message boards, and most fans vilify their manager.
Scouts and general managers think Joe Girardi is one of the best managers in baseball.
