but they should use that flashpoint movie as a way to incorporate the TV universe with the movie universe. Even if its just an "alternate earth" situation they could at least make it so the characters exist in the same universe.
is that Green Lantern? When Alfred said "he said you would come, I hope its not too late." Look at the reflection in his glasses.. I see 2 green dots..
Steppen Wolf Says.. No Lanterns, No Kryptonian.. no one to protect this world.. or something like that.
And it wouldn't shock me if they actually tried to do the Death of Superman comic plot and have all the pretenders show up. (Although I always sort of liked he killer cybor Superman when I was a kid)
Really starting to lean more towards that being someone other than
Superman. The trailer is basically talking about the death of Superman - Bruce himself even talks about it - so for Alfred to say "he said you'd come" wouldn't make a lot of sense, IMO.
I do see a green light - could be a Lantern maybe even Manhunter.
Could also be looking too much into it - might even be Grayson since the scene takes place in the cave.
No reason to overthink it - they've been teasing it since BvS (and apparently now in their movie poster). The film already looks like a huge clusterfuck without having Green Lantern or Martian Manhunter thrown in.
but that said, they've seemingly effed up every movie in this cinematic universe with the exception of Wonder Woman apparently, and I'm not even sure they've gotten the casting right.
Man of Steel was a mess, Batman vs. Superman was a mess, Suicide Squad was a mess... I guess I'm just wondering how this will be different.
RE: Man, nobody wants these movies to be great more than I do....

Did you see Wonder Woman? How anyone could see that movie and question whether they have gotten the casting right is beyond me. For all the faults people can find in the DC films, I would say the casting is the one thing they have done a really good job with. Affleck and Gadot have been great in their roles, I think Cavill could be a great Superman if they would allow him to be less depressed. Will Smith and Margot Robbie were great as Deadshot and Harley Quinn. The only ones I would say have been kind of questionable were Eisenberg as Lex Luthor and Leto as Joker but I don't even think Leto is the problem there so much as the weird gangster version they are trying to go with.
lol he'd be awesome to get a beer with
