Washington lost its two starting receivers from a year ago to free agency. It’s No. 1 receiver is now a guy who has only one full year at the position. To little surprise given his potential and performance to date, free-agent arrival Terrelle Pryor has received the “WR1” designation in the initial unofficial depth chart of the year. The WR2 designation belongs to 2016 first-rounder Josh Doctson, and WR3 goes to Jamison Crowder. |
Wait. Who's celebrating?
It's b/c he is the slot. Hate to say it, but Crowder is fantastic. Also, I wanted Pryor over Marshall. My concern with Marshall is age.

That is exactly why I wanted Marshall. Giants are in Win Now mode. We needed an experienced Savy WR. Not a young up and comer.

Unless that just because he's mainly a slot guy.

So did I but I wasn't devastated when they got Marshall especially for the cost. Plus I like Marshall for 2017 more than Pryor from a safe point of view.
Definitely seemed to be a bit of a pattern with him, though.
