If anyone's curious, of course, the first question was about Odell and how he can harness his emotion and keep it from spilling over, etc.
Eli praised his work ethic, said he goes full speed every rep, every practice and sometimes Odell gets frustrated if it doesn't carry over to the game. Said Odell is still just 24, he's learning attention to detail as far as his route running and just keeps getting better.
Asked him about Brady - how Brady is 40 now and still playing. Eli obviously had nothing but good things to say about Tom, said his arm looks as strong as ever, etc.
Re: a "sense of urgency" @ age 36 with a roster like this - Eli said "100%" - doesn't know how much longer he'll be playing but hopes it's a few more years.
That was about it. Nothing special. Always good to hear #10 speak, though. The consummate professional.
The intro to the pice annoyed me. We will be talking to Eli and talk about Odell....Odell is frustrated with his contract status. Did Odell ever express frustration? Did he hold out? They are trying so hard to create this story.
Some meaningful questions that he deflects and answers with generalities.
Followed by talking heads puking speculation and pot-stirring.
