So I found out I have pick 9 out of 10. SO getting a top 3 rb or wr is out. Non PPR

The players that may be there are
Freeman
AJ Green
Gordon
Ajai
Demarco
Howard

I am probably going to go rb then wr on the turn.
Which rb do you like better? I am leaning Freeman then Gordon. I like Nelson as the wr.

thoughts?

I plan to mock several strategies.

I'd take the WR first

Nelson or Green

And then Gordon or Freeman

If you have the opportunity to take both Nelson and Green, that would be tough to pass up IMO, risky as it may be

I'd prob go RB or WR twice

Howard/McCoy or Green/Nelson, something along those lines.
I think there should be other players in your group

for consideration.

I personally have Mike Evans over A.J. Green. He had a better year both season long and on a ppg basis than A.J. Green. And there is nothing wrong with having Jordy above them both, either, although my personal preference is Evans over both of them.

I also would have no reservations about going with DeMarco Murray or Jordan Howard (I would go Murray) there. Especially because the likelihood is very high you can get 1 of Jordy, Evans, or Green coming back at #12 overall, assuming snake draft format.

I would have the three RBs under consideration ranked thusly:

DeMarco
Howard
Freeman
Ajayi

Not that I don't like Ajayi, but the other guys are just more consistent on a game to game basis.

You also have an outside chance at Shady McCoy at 9. I
wouldn't hesitate to pull the trigger on him, either.

Personally, I won't own any shares of Melvin Gordon because he'll be drafted by the time I would be a player on him. I'd personally rather have Leonard Fournette than Gordon.

If you go DeMarco, and I'm very close to putting him over Shady McCoy, you absolutely should ensure, do whatever it takes, to get Derrick Henry also. His ADP per FF Today is at #73 overall (early 8th round), I would not hesitate at all to use a pick in the 50's (6th round) to make sure I got him.
Knowing my league both Evans and McCoy wont be there.

I would take one of them at 9 in a heart beat. As such, I like Demarco not sure if Henry will cut into his carries more this year.
