Some D-Line Thoughts.

Every time I decide to write Kerry Wynn (72) off, he goes out and makes plays. Kudos to him.

Hey, Jay Bromley (96)! Where have you been for the past couple of years?

Does Olivier Vernon (54) ever slow down? The guy is like a perpetual motion machine.

Moss (91) and Okwara (78) looked extremely "meh" in this first preseason game. Let's pick up the pace, fellas.

At first glance, Devin Taylor (97) looks like a nice addition to the family.

is always a steady player. Agree on Moss and Okwara. Okwara flashed passing rushing skills last year. There was a report from camp that Bigsnoty handled Moss, not so promising.

Winn is undervalued. He's one tough dude

Bromley picked a good year to show up. He was never beating out Hankins. What more needs be said about OV. What a signing. Okwara is a backup with more to prove. Ross will get a red shirt this year. Taylor would make 6 DEs.

Didn't the Patriots try to sign Wynn away? Very telling.

Wynn looked good against 2nd and 3rd stringers

He is a hard worker but since his rookie season he has been invisible during the regular season whenever he received playing time. If it came down to him or Moss for the final spot I would rather go with Moss due to upside.

The Patriots signed Markus Kuhn last offseason.

looked far, far better vs prerseasoners than the other DEs.

Twist that all you like.

Wynn isn't undervalued.

He had almost a full season to show he could be an NFL starter and didn't hold up. In the last 29 regular season games he's notched 0.5 sacks.

He's a fine high effort run-stuff DE. Good guy to have in the locker room, but certainly no secret ingredient.
