works out perfectly for the Bills. All they need now is LeSean McCoy injury and they're finally in perfect position to get out of the 20 year QB funk they've been in (though I don't hate Tyrod Taylor he's not a franchise QB IMO).
from August to April but right now there are a few "franchise" QB's in this draft. Darnold from USC (as mentioned), Josh Rosen (from UCLA - one though a shoe-in for top pick in this draft but off-field commentary and good play of others has dropped him some), Josh Allen (from Wyoming, some say the most talented in the draft), Lamar Jackson (Louisville)
So like I said a lot changes between August and April, but quite a few projected 1st round QB's right now.
Jets, Bills, and Dolphins (if they want) can potentially all get QB's this draft. Thought Tannehill is there for a while financially.
I went through 2 lists of top 50 and top 25 players in college football from ESPN and NFL.com. This is what was listed.
Sam Darnold, USC - RS So
Baker Mayfield, Oklahoma - RS Sr
Lamar Jackson, Louisville - Jr
Trace McSorley, Penn State - RS Jr
Deondre Francois, Florida State - RS So
Mason Rudolph, Oklahoma State - RS Sr
J.T. Barrett, Ohio State - RS Sr
Jake Browning, Washington - Jr
Josh Rosen, UCLA - Jr
Josh Allen, Wyoming - RS Jr
Jarrett Stidham, Auburn - RS So
Jalen Hurts, Alabama - So
Quinton Flowers, South Florida - Sr
Luke Falk, Washington St. - RS Sr
Even if you criticize some of the QBs, that is a 14 players out of 50 at just 1 position.
That is mostly just the order that the lists ranked the players.
The Wyoming kid according to Dave Te should be just below Darnold as he is very similar to Ben Roethlisberger. Dave also said he likes Lamar Jackson a ton.

It's not 100% that Darnald will be even coming out after this year if that's the one everyone is targeting
RE: This is a crazy year for QBs even if some QBs stay in college.

The Jets, the Bills, Cleveland and San Fran fighting for that number one pick... I say San Fran has the best combo of "assets and sucks the most" that they will end up with the first pick or within striking range to trade up for it..

I know, but there are many options, some of whom have to come out this year others certainly will. This is not like the past couple years where teams reach for QB's because they have a need (Jared Goff).
at least not in August, but as we know things change from August to April.
One year in August Andre Woodson was being mocked in the first round of drafts (in fact well after August he was still in the first round).
Jets
Cleveland
Indy
Baltimore
Buffalo
LA Chargers
LA Rams

Minnesota
Chicago
An NFC East team or 2 but not sure which one(s)
I'm a little more optimistic about Cleveland. I think they had a really good draft and could win a few games. Not saying they're going to contenders, but i don't think they'll be in the running for the #1. Just mho....
The Jets, the Bills and Miami will all be competing for the #1 pick in the draft
Bills are paying back to the devil for their sustained 90s successful

Clipped a trail sign post on my mountain bike at 30 mph.
Neither is the spine, long term effects of football and years of weight training.

Pretty amazing isn't it.....look at that slop and the NFL continues to be the hottest sport in the land.
Every week, look at the schedule and see the amount of dog games on it.

Don't you just love that Davis Webb pick...

Miami won't be terrible. Cutler played his best under the Head Coach.
