NFL Game Pass for Season Ticket Holders Renewal Issues

Is anyone else who is a season ticket holder with NFL Game Pass having trouble renewing their subscription from last year? I tried entering the promo code from last year, and it didn't work. I also tried contacting NFL Digital Care with this issue, but they have not gotten back to me. Was wondering if any of you have gone through this and how you went about getting your free subscription back.

They sent emails out

Why would you try renewing with last year's code? A new one was sent out a week or so ago.
