By Eli in that first quarter hung him out to dry. Hopefully it's not one of those nagging injuries where he needs to be shut down but thinks he can still help the team at 70 %
If Marshall got hurt on the play where Eli overthrew him a bit, he played a handful of snaps afterwards. So, if it was really bad, I'm not sure that would have been the case.

Doesn't rule anything out, but.. it's something.
I can't think of any other hits he took, and he was out blocking for a few plays after that...hoping just precautionary
. Don't forget who the Browns defense of coordinator is. Greg Williams. Bounty gate
I was thinking the same thing. It looked like a few Browns were out to impress the boss. The guy is a dirt bag and should never have been allowed back in the NFL.
oh c'mon, guys it's football, hold back and you get hurt. The game can only be played one way. And if you want to say that Williams is a dirt bag, well maybe so, but not because of last night.
Good hard football.
DBs used to intimidate receivers by taking their heads off with big hits. You can't do that. So why not tell your guys to go for the knees? Don't you think that might make receivers concerned and possibly lose concentration? Thus accomplish the same thing as the head shots. What better place to showcase than nationally televised MNF?
Definitely glass.
He was back the next week.
Headline tomorrow: Marshall out 6-8 weeks.
He was back the next week.
But wasn't the same the rest of the year.

Marshall posted an arm flexing.
Injury scares with all 3 starting WR's and we haven't even hit our 3rd preseason game. Jeez.

no reason to hit guys like that in preseason.

I would not put it past teams to do that.
