I started the smoker Friday night with two 7 lb pork butts cooked for nearly 20 hours.
Then, put a 7 lb brisket on that should cook for 14 hours, to be served for the 4 pm games with the pulled pork.
For breakfast its bacon egg and cheeses with smoked bacon and as an app I'm smoking wings. Going all out for opening Sunday!
I'm all set.
