NFT: What's cooking for opening Sunday?

aimrocky : 9/10/2017 9:21 am
I started the smoker Friday night with two 7 lb pork butts cooked for nearly 20 hours.

Then, put a 7 lb brisket on that should cook for 14 hours, to be served for the 4 pm games with the pulled pork.

For breakfast its bacon egg and cheeses with smoked bacon and as an app I'm smoking wings. Going all out for opening Sunday!

So I am making some meatballs and sausage and a pot of gravy with some orecchiette and fresh semolina bread.

I'm all set.
I'm going to start a chuck roast on the smoker,

then finish it with dark beer, beef broth & onions. Going to make sandwiches out of it with horseradish sauce, Then moving on to wings, also on the smoker for later today.

I am smoking a leg of lamb and a chicken halved lengthwise

Will be serving the lamb primarily - very thinly sliced - over a bed of thinly sliced fresh tomatoes with drizzled evo and well-aged balsamic vinegar, fresh cucumber slices, grilled baby eggplant, grilled greens, pitted light green cerignola olives, and cubed farm fresh feta
I'm making chicken parm
