2TE and 3TE sets tonight, given the lack of talent we have active at WR tonight. Realistically there only 2 WR's worth putting on the field with the Offense, if they can help it.
Disagree, ms. We've done it a lot. Last year Newhouse and Jones

+1. I bet we have EE and Ellison on the field together a lot
going to be very close to the vest offense with max protection
hopefully they can sustain drives for a bit to keep the d from gassing by 2nd half
A lot of pressure on the Defense to perform at a ridiculously high level tonight. I hope they can do it, but it's really not fair to expect them to be able to shut down the Cowboys like we'll most likely need them to.
Until this Offense actually proves they can put points on the board, I can't have confidence they will. There's simply too many consecutive years now of them showing they could not, so it's tough to have any faith in them without their proven big play player who has done the lion share of what little scoring they've produced the last several years.
For years... unless there isn't enough healthy players at other positions
Sorry Slim... not the norm.
It's absolutely the norm. You have to go back to 2012 to find the last time the Giants dressed more than 7 OL with any regularity. Feel free to check for yourself on Pro Football Reference if you'd like.
QB Davis Webb
WR Tavarres King
RB Wayne Gallman
LB Keenan Robinson
OL D.J. Fluker
TE Matt LaCosse
...not to dress Fluker.
We're now down to seven O-linemen before the game even gets underway.
One injury and wer're left with one backup.

Agreed. Jones has to be active because he can play center and guard. But I thought Fluker would be active over Wheeler because Pugh can play LT.

Beat me too it.

Heh. I opened the thread to post it too! Really putrid.
