We needed about 3-4 yards. Two guys running 20 yards downfield and two were well short of the sticks and not even looking at Eli.

We can blame the OL on that one but I also think play design and possibly route running had a lot to do with it too.

Refs are also in midseason form!

But, it was an obvious slap to the head of Eli, which is supposed to be an easy call. That's the kind of BS our DL and LBs get called for all the time.

But, the terrible spot completely changes field position and the blow to the head overlooked enhances it. Both were egregiously bad calls.
