What is the floor for this team?

Sean : 9/11/2017 7:06 am
I remember we all had high expectations in 2003, and everything went wrong. I'm not saying this could be 2003, but this is a volatile constructed team. Odell & Marshall are huge personalities on offense, and a ton of high priced defensive players who may become very frustrated with an inept offense leaving them on the field. The OL looks awful again, and Eli looks very old as painful as it is for me to say.

There is a ton of pressure next week, because week 3 is an absolute buzzsaw going into Philly for their home opener.
Philly's D line will destroy us

Philly's line is as talented as any in the league. Dallas suspended no-name d-line schooled us.
0-4

is totally possible

24 hours ago I was deluded into thinking this is SB team

Offense looked like GB game 8 months ago

John Jerry is garbage, the OLINE cant pick up stunts, showed that all preseason

McAdoo was schooled again... and our receivers cannot get any seperation, again
Floor?

Probably 6-10.
D gets worn down as season progresses due to offensive impotence.

Floor?

What floor. The foundation has collapsed. I didn't think it was possible but after last year you had to believe offensively they couldn't be any worse. They could only get better. Well, it would appear they aren't finished sinking even deeper then we thought possible. If this continues and McAdoo can't get this train rolling and they don't make the playoffs Mara needs to seriously think about replacing him. This does not look like a guy who can out scheme the other teams defense.
7-8 wins with OBJ on the field

Dallas did win 13 games last season. They are apparently still a good and well coached team.

OBJ is our Zeke. He forces the opposing team to plan around him. Now if OBJ misses extended time all bets are off.
Let's face it,

the only reason Mac got the Job, was because it was time for TC to go, and they wanted an easy transition on offense for Eli, because an outside new coach would bring in his own OC.....

Who brought in that wunderkind Solari? The first sack on Eli was the same simple stunt we saw in the preseason.....Did the OL play better under Flaherty's last season or the last two under Solari?

Even with OBJ on the field this offense is a joke. I realize he's the lightening rod but how bad is this offense. Really. Not even OBJ can save this team from an overmatched in over his head head coach. Thank god for Spags and the defense. Everyone makes fun of the Jets offense in the New York sports area but this Giants offense may be even worse. And that's fair to say because of the weapons they have. This teams Achilles heel is the offensive coaching staff.
giants right now have much more worries than wins and loses

it's this ol and getting Eli out from being shell-shocked.

I don't think they'll get this offense up to where some of the talent level is on account of personnel on ol til the off season.

figure out how to block consistently, how to run the ball effectively, and Eli learning to get back up to par and just managing the game has to be focus
I said 9 wins

before the season, if they don't get it together at home against the Lions, may have to rethink that.
That Philly D Line is going to be tough to run against,
and will pressure Eli.
Unfortunately, don't see a difference so far with Solari here
as the O line coach, just not seeing it!
Have yet to score 30
gmenatlarge : 9/11/2017 8:45 am : link
under McAdoo, and haven't scored more than 20 in what 7 straight games, doesn't get much worse than that. The D is going to have to start scoring because this offense shows no ability to adapt.
