Pay-per-View shows an 8 PM start time. Is that for the first undercard fight or for the main event? Having a group of people over to watch and not sure when everything starts.
Look I like GGG, dude has been fun to watch. But in his 19 title defenses he has largely fought nobodies. Danny has been his biggest threat to date. Which is one reason I am leaning Canelo in this one. He's fough the better opposition including going 12 rounds with Mayweather as a 22 year old.

Exactly. Jacobs is indeed legit but he ain't no Canelo.
He had improved a lot and looks in amazing shape, is the better pure boxer... but people act like canelo has steamrolled the world
Honestly - you can question both guys. Who has Canelo beat in the last few years? An outmatched Amir Khan? An over-the-hill Miguel Cotto? The Trout fight was one where the decision was sketchy.
Cinnamon will start fast...and hard to the body, GGG hates the body as shown in past fights. GGG will become a counter puncher early and stand toe to toe and set traps for Canelo.
I think by the middle rounds Canelo will slow his roll as GGG
will try and close it out....Big Mistake! and a final rounds of give and take Cinnamon will end it Suddenly in KO fashion....on the flip side if GGG starts quickly and throw punches in bunches this can turn out to be a classic but still Cinnamon should win....don't get me wrong because I am a big GGG fan but as a boxing coach I have to call it as I see it......good luck GGG my friend you'll need it.
GGG's jab will be the biggest weapon in this fight.

As a boxing coach, do you know anyone who likes it to the body? I see Canelo as the counter puncher in this one. A KO of GG would be fantastic for Canelo, considering GG has never gone down in over 350 fights, pro and amateur combined
Canelo's never fought a legit middleweight with GGG's power and skill. People say Danny Jacobs isn't Canelo, but Danny Jacobs is a legit middleweight with really good height and reach. If GGG controls the distance by using his jab, and picking his spots it will be hard for Canelo to coming and land his trademark combinations.
and most will give it up not to get head shots..(hands high)...and most counter punchers are not big bangers but some power guys use it when in trouble and to buy time....GGG still has a good chance mind you but the hand writing on the wall for this one the way (I] see it.
and was 15-20 pds heavier than GGG in that fight... Oh and btw GGG still knocked him down!
Word out of GGG camp is he has let the past few fights go deeper to draw in Canelo as people we scared of him for years. While that may not be entirely true -- with regards to letting Jacobs hang/ending the KO streak -- this is still GGG's fight to lose, as the odds will tell you. The line is getting closer to straight up but I think GGG's power will prevail.
Canelo looks jacked up and ready but he has never fought anyone with GGG's power...

I like (hoping for) GGG with a late round KO!
Very excited for this one. BIG DRAMA SHOW!
