I could see a private discussion about offensive philosophy though. The OL isn't any more horrible than half in the league. The offense only has to be decent for the team to succeed. Mac has to look in the mirror and be honest with himself. Adapt what you do to personell. Round pegs in square holes rarely works.
For example: Flowers best tools are his strength not quickness. That's why RT or RG might be better spots for him.
