I am not convinced we have the right staff in place either.

Everybody cites the 11-5 record last year but forget it was against a weak schedule and often in uninspired fashion. I guess we will see on Monday how this season will play out. Maybe we will buck the trend of laying a goose egg on prime time.

Reese has to deal for Joe Thomas or Joe Staley, even if it means giving up a premium pick. When Eli retires in 2-3 years we'll be rebuilding anyway
