paperwork with the league to activate him and the beats missed it.
absokjtely, i am jist saying based on what we know right now grant cant play...
now if it comes out it was done yesterday then yes it says something about goodson, but the beats i believe get a transaction report every day so it is hard to miss
Mine as well. By the way, I thought I read somewhere that there is no longer a "probable" category for injured players. So those categorized as "questionable" may not be as injured/unlikely to play on game day as they were in the past.
When Paul Posluszny tore his pec in Jacksonville three years ago, J.T. Thomas filled in competently at MLB. So, if Thomas is close to 100%, he might be an option there too, especially in sub packages. Frankly, I would prefer a healthy Thomas to Munson or Grant. None of the options are good, so let's hope Goodson is OK.
prdave73: I have to disagree with your assessment of Grant.
Giants set to elevate LB Curtis Grant from practice squad, per sources. Doesn't bode well for starter B.J. Goodson who has a leg injury.
Goodson is officially questionable for the game.
Just went looking for Sy's practice squad write up. Is that saved somewhere?

if it had any indication of goodson's status he would of been brought up yesterday...

again grant had to be activated by 4pm yesterday for him to be allowed to play tonight...

Was my first thought
Quote:
that this precludes a Kenaan Robinson to IR move.

Would also add that Goodson demonstrated Spags does not have to take him off the field on 3rd down. Making Robinson a little more expandable.

Inconceivable!!
Fine, how about "foretells".
Now that was a typo. I meant to say expendable.

... Grant did look good in preseason, he might surprise tonight.
He may have flashed a bit on specials, but I thought he looked slow and undisciplined on D.
Would have to agree

lol
Glad I could provide some laughs.
On another note, Ranaan is saying it does not look good for Goodson.
Not necessarily... according to Art, this window doesn't apply to weekday games
