James Franklin was a Phi Sigma Kappa brother at the time when I attended ESU in which I was also involved with the Greek community. He was a massive douche then. Despite his success, I suspect he hasn't changed with this character flaw.

Second, even Glen Mason, former Univ of MN coach who was broadcasting the game agreed with Franklin. He felt the GA State coach probably should have taken a knee, as most would have suspected. He admitted he'd also have called the TO seeing that GA State was kicking a meaningless FG.

wasn't even in the game, that was the problem. The 3rd/4th string defense was actually on the field at the time GS ran their field goal unit out there. So they called the timeout to get the back up field goal unit in. This after GS called time out to kick a field goal with time running out, and down 56-0. Be nice if people actually had some facts before they start their Penn State bitchfest.

Oh please. They wanted the shutout and would have a lot less grief coming their way if they just admitted it, IMO.

Up 56-0 why would a team even care who they had on the field for the FG? Were they going to try and block it? Just make sure you have eleven guys out there and let the play go on.
