after the KO the Lions started at the giants 45 yard line thanks to Engrams stupid penalty! The announcers seemed to not notice this either>

Never said that it did, not sure of your point I guess just to be contrarian, whatever.

most about last night's game, is that we (and basically I mean McAdoo) seemed content with just not attacking. The lack of a timeout at the end of the half to get the ball back was absolutely infuriating. We could make a nice return there to the 30 or so, and have a minute plus to get 3 points AND 2 timeouts.

Then, probably the worst thing for me...we open the half with a run up the middle. A run up the middle for our first play of the half when we had the chance to settle things and take a look in the mirror and say look, that was bad but let's go get this thing. And THAT'S the play we come out with? Are you fucking kidding me? Show something and put the Lions defense on its heels for once. It was brutal. Just a terrible showing all around.

If the starting quarterbacks had switched teams last night, the Giants win that game, period.

You can cry all you want about the o line. (They do the same in Detroit I'm sure.) Stafford was harassed all night too, by the best defensive line in the game, and he made plays.

If we had a QB who wasn't playing scared last night, who trusted a receiver to make a play downfield, and who could take two steps to the right or left without falling down, we win that game. Hell, if we had a QB who knew how to get in peoples' faces and be a fucking leader, we win that game.

I'm going to be a good soldier and follow my team through this 2017 shit-show, sleepless nights and all, but I'll say this: If there's not an open competition for starting QB in training camp next spring, I'll not be going out of my way to watch these games anymore. I got better things to do.

That's crazy talk... Yes, Eli might have held the ball two long for 2-3 plays, but he was pretty dead on last night. He was placing the ball perfectly (minus the Engram throw) and the receivers weren't making plays. Stafford made a few plays on his feet, thanks to some holding penalties), but he wasn't playing lights out. Stafford had 122 yards passing. Come on now.

Thompson should have picked him off twice yesterday. There was one play where Eli fell by himself that drove me crazy, but other than that, he was staying in the collapsing pocket and making accurate tough throws and getting crushed in the process. Yesterday was not on Eli. Coaching cost and gratuitous penalties cost us yesterday's game.

Amazing how people could watch that OL display and put the blame all on Eli. Stafford would have gotten pounded too. You do realize Stafford only threw for 122 yards right? This is the same line of thinking that got us to this point. Lets draft more skill players, sure that will work.

Put down the bong.

Flowers gave up 3 sacks on 3 different pass rush moves. He is 330 lbs and got bull rushed!!!! How the hell is that on Eli? How can Eli feel confident that he will have the 2.3 seconds he needs to step into a throw??

Do you even understand football or do you just look at the score at the end of the game and decide if you still want to be a Giants fan?!?!?

And one more thing....the pass that Marshall dropped that hit him in between the numbers down the right sideline and the perfect pass the Eli threw to the left side endzone that Marshall waited for....you got another guy on this team that are making those throws? Marshall needs to catch both of those passes.

What about the one to Engram going into the endzone? Couldnt have been placed any better. Slay just made a great play on that. Also, Eli hit Marshall on the goal line and Marshall went down with a shoe string tackle. Thats crazy

If you look closely that ball was coming out of his hands way before Slay hit EE. EE peeked because he saw Slay coming and dropped it. He should have made that catch
