The McAdoo watch

blueblood'11 : 9/19/2017 8:47 am
I posted this a few weeks ago and got killed for it. So, let's post it again. Mara and Tisch cannot be happy with what they are seeing. Particularly on the offensive side of the ball. That goes without saying. But I believe the malaise has spilled over onto the defensive side as well.

It's like in baseball where the teams offensive output is so poor game in and game out the pitcher has to almost pitch a shutout to have any chance. There is no wiggle room. No room for error. No room taking a chance. And that mind set has to be weighing on these defenders I don't care what anyone says.

Hey, he still has time to right the ship but it gets late early in the NFL and McAdoo needs to do something and quick. This team was built to win now and the expectations were off the charts. For them to come out and lay another egg after the way they played on Sunday against the Cowboys was unacceptable. And that's on the head coach.

Tick tick tick.....
i was one who killed you last week

but last nights performance coming off of a loss and you are playing at home was pathetic, no adjustments...

vernon was killing their tackle so what did the lions do? put in an extra tight end and help, flowers getting killed what do the giants do? call for a deep pass, makes sense...

I wonder if Mara makes a call to Saban and offers him one more shot in nfl and gives him control like the seahawks did with pete carrol..
Mara can't be happy

But he won't fire anyone. He's terrified of change. After this team misses the playoffs he'll say he's disappointed but won't do anything about it.

Giving Saban control would be interesting, but that's not what the Giants do. Way out of their comfort zone.

It'll be interesting

to see whether going 11-5 last year buys McAdoo another year if the team goes 5-11 or 6-10 this year and the offense doesn't improve.

I mean, I can't see it being this bad all year with the talent we have but we have much tougher defenses to come on this scheduled and that is scary.

With the 5 shit heads lining up along the OL, you think it might get better at some point this year? I think it's evident that if we win 6 games, that would be overachieving.

It's like this guy won a "Who Wants To Be an NFL Head Coach" contest.
If they have less than 5 wins this season, Reese is first to go

Macadoo will most likely be given until next year at the very least. If they have 5 to 8 wins, spagnoulo or one or more of the other coaches gets canned and everybody else is put 'on notice' by Mara. If they have a winning record, ahem, they're all geniuses and we should have known that the offense would get them far enough into the season.

Mara moves like a glacier.......

Ha ha ha, my thoughts exactly. He's like a SNL skit of a coach. The team is falling apart all around him, yet he refuses to change things. He will lose the players at this rate.
