I would have made a move on Thomas a year ago when it was rumored we had interest. But I would give up a second rounder or a third rounder and a player for either of these guys, maybe even a late rounder for AP. How about you?
but at this point I would seriously consider trading for Thomas. The Eli window is closing rapidly. If we want any chance at another run with him, something on the OL has to change, and fast. Even if one of those draft picks were to pan out it would likely take 2-3 years, at which point who knows what the QB situation will be.
Does a 360 but otherwise I am reluctant to give up the picks with the shape we are in but just because we dropped the first two games it doesn't mean we are automatically having a top 10 pick.. Add Thomas and Staley and move Flowers inside or have Jerry, Jones, Fluker, Flowers and Hart compete at right guard.. I don't care if it cost us half of our draft.. This team is built to win now, minus the OL.

Not saying they can't turn this around but it's a long shot and it's not worth the risk to give up a premium pick.

Agreed. Don't want to completely write the season off but we could be staring down the barrel of five or six wins. Might as well keep all picks.
