is terrible. We need to support Ereck. No, he can't play LT. But he might be able to play guard next year. His confidence is shot, despite working really hard, and caring about improving. Who has sympathy for someone who fails because they didn't put in the work? That isn't Ereck. It's sad when someone tries as hard as they can and still fails.

I joke but I agree with this. I support Ereck and I think in the right role he will be a good player in the NFL.

by all accounts he really is conscientious. Clearly he's trying very hard, and it's as sad as it is frustrating that it just doesn't seem to be working out. Hope he proves everyone wrong Sunday, but...
