I worry that there MIGHT be some locker room

dissension. I know these guys are all professionals and understand the ups and downs of the game, but do you think there might be some resentment by the D regarding the poor performance by the O that might play out in the locker room after a game. Just asking and hoping that doesn't or isn't happening.

Thoughts?

On Moving the Chains today, Kirwan stated he thought that Mac may be losing the offense already. They had no spark, just seemed to be going through the motions. Plus calling out Eli, but not Flowers, loses credibility. The players know who can play and who can't. I am confident that Spags will keep the D together. However if Mac keeps trotting out the same players, and the same schemes, then they offense will tune it out.

be observing that O is getting it together. And they must be happy with shutting Stafford down to 122 passing. Dismal, yes. But when this happens Spags must drop the hammer down on the run too.

Sometimes that can be a positive thing if the air gets cleared.

It is a possibility but the problem isn't if it happens but how it is handled after it happens.

From all accounts I read this is a tight knit group with terrific chemistry. I believe the Defense knows the Offense is trying hard. No one has given up.
