NFT: Recommendation Beacon Theater area Eats/drinks?

Heading out to see Joe Bonamassa tomoro night and was looking for a place to grab a bite & few brews... Something lively, like a bar but with decent food, CLOSE by.

Food: Cibo e vino at 89th st

many choices. Amsterdam Ale House is right around the corner - food is solid and good craft selection. Will be busy tho before Beacon show - always is.

Just wasnt sure about food there. If U say it's solid then that's prob where we'll go. I look at menu and can def get somthing.

I 2nd this, went there before a Steve Winwood show a couple of months ago. Great beer selection, good food, reasonably priced, but it will be very crowded.

Another spot a little further away (and maybe less crowded) is Gebhard's on 72nd between Broadway and West End. Great beer selection and good burgers. Have fun!

Playa Betty ok tex mex and Red Farm good but not cheap asian. both within a cpl blocks of Beacon. Also right X st is Fairway mkt and upstairs cafe is pretty good tho not a lively hang.
