To outkick his coverage and instructed the other players not to tackle the Lions' punt returner. It's not always coaching. Sometimes their special teams guys make plays and your guys don't.

Regarding Dodge...Quinn didn't draft him and supposedly didn't want him on the team, so I'm not sure why you think Quinn would be to blame. Unless you also think he told Dodge to kick it to Jackson in that spot.
