McAdoo has yet to show us that he can make any necessary changes.

There was never any competition for any of the starting Oline despite their poor play a year ago. Ask about the poor play of the Oline and McAdoo doesn't want to hear it.

This guy will keep forcing his system on us, forcing is players no matter how bad they bad they perform. He'll keep giving the same shitty responses to the same questions because nothing will change, including the results.

is the change that could potentially bring about the most good. Hart already out, thats an improvement it itself. Flowers not ready to go to G where he should have been training to play all off season, so he will have to be the swing T. Better protection, some holes for the run game and Ben's play calling is no longer an issue. Perkins a better runner. I get it, we are fans, we can speculate on changes like this without having to put our jobs on the line, but Flowers needs to take a seat, and needs to be released at the end of the season.

Flowers almost has to start somewhere and the only other position he Might be able to go is LG. There isn't enough talent left to bench him.

Giants have never been motivated to make personnel changes except when injuries occur. Different personnel groupings and formations are more likely.

Darkwa deserves more touches but probably will get injured. May need both Smith and Gallman to play if the run game is to improve. More snaps for Ellison too.

Eli will be as unafraid and effective as in second half against Detroit, but will continue not be able to get off the snap when McAdoo sends in dumb plays; Perkins will break out of his early season slump, aided by Darkwa; Marshall will revert to his true form, and Eli will realize that while he is still playing in NY, its the Giants now, not the Jets; OBJ will up his game by even more than the 1%, probably another 100% or so; Shepard, Elliott, and Engram will ignore the recent Giant standard and violate the rule against yards after the catch; the defense will remember that they are able to stop the run, that they held Zeke to practically nothing, that they can spy the QB, can contain the outside, and that particularly on special teams, they are playing tackle again, even though practices will remain gentle; and finally, while the D will revert to stopping the opposition, they will also be allowed to score, and this will ignite the O to reassume their traditional role of putting points on the board rather than simply providing a transitional phase to allow advertisers more opportunities to bore us.

McAdoo is as stubborn as they come. Not a good quality in a head coach.

Doubt Flowers moves with Hart out. I think McAdoo is too arrogant to relinquish play calling without some more losses and an ultimatum from ownership.
