Snacks is better. Tuck played a lot of DE.

He drafted Philllips, Manningham, The whole 2007 draft: Ross, Smith, Boss, Bradshaw. JPP.....some important players in the 2011 Super bowl.

The biggest issue is the transition from the 2011 O Line ( which was in its last legs ) to the one we currently have. Pugh and Richburg are set to be FA next year, Jerry sucks, Hart is below average and Flowers is....well...Flowers.

I think Wheeler could be a viable candidate to replace Flowers at some point. Maybe Flowers goes to RT. I would just like to see if Fluker at RG could improve the run games. Jones is a decent LG.

A lot of people like to give REESE credit for that draft, but they seem to forget that Accorsi stayed on until after that draft was complete. Really liked Bradshaw from that draft but the rest of the players in that draft Coughlin got the most out of them and they never ready amounted to much in the NFL not sure if any saw a second contract with the giants except Bradshaw

is leaps and bounds beyond any DT on that squad.

But to say he leaps above Tuck and cofield is ridicuous. Tuck was an absolute unstoppable force at DT once spags moved him there in 2007. He owned the 2007 post season against run and pass. Cofield was a beast as well for many years with both the Giants and Redskins. Robbins was better than bromley timlinson

Because Flowers IS HORRIBLE!!!! He was drafted 9th overall and he is arguably the worst LT in the business. Wheeler has skills, was underrated because he hit a cop. Enough with the coaches/Reese know best defense. It's not working. I'm sure you get different results with a different coaching staff/GM.

Certainly not leaps better than Tuck, but JT played a lot of DE. Snacks is considerably better than Cofield, that isn't even close.

Is there any evidence Acorsi was in charge of the 2007 draft?

And it completely ignores all of Reese's contributions to the roster prior to his becoming GM. Just as an example, Reese is the one who pleaded for the Giants to draft Osi Umenyiora. Accorsi may have been making final decisions, but it was Reese who was running the war room and talent evaluation in the first place.

To then come in and say that Accorsi was responsible for the 2007 draft is a load of shit, Accorsi retired as our GM in mid January 2007.
