Perhaps the wrong guy is getting the bulk of the carries.
Granted, Vereen and Darkwa are running more in situations where we're behind and teams are playing coverage and basically ignoring the run entirely - but teams are doing that early in games anyway.
Perkins finished last season strong and looked like the most talented runner in this backfield, but right now, he's easily the least productive.
I get it - the line sucks, they don't block well - but I think it's time to give the other 2 guys the bulk of the work and see how they fare. Each of them have had mostly positive runs thus far. Again, the sample size is tiny. But it's worth finding out if they can help us move the chains.
the last time they've won there? Victor got behind the Dream Team , which was a harbinger of doom for the Eagles . I remember Weatherford hard counting the Trogs offside on an FGA formation . These games actually have been ridiculously one-sided with the only recent Giant wins coming at home . Big Andy's last game , featuring the Rhino Stampede, which remains my all-time favorite TD celebration, and then last season when Pederson kept going for it on fourth down, taking 3s off the board. This series has been brutal .

the Giants oline is terrible. In the last two games the Giants have rushed for a total of 97 yards! In two games 97 yards, phew, that is a real stinker!
I can't even tell anymore.
I can't even tell anymore.
It's funny because it is true.
Paul Perkins: 14 carries, 26 yards, 1.9 YPC
Shane Vereen: 6 carries, 28 yards, 4.7 YPC
Orleans Darkwa: 6 carries, 31 yards, 5.2 YPC
