"You learn a lot about yourself in times like these," head coach Ben McAdoo said, and so far in 2017, we have learned that the guy in charge has spent more time "looking in the mirror" than Alex Rodriguez. The worst thing that could have happened at MetLife Stadium was Odell Beckham Jr. fracturing his ankle late in the fourth quarter, and not because it sabotages any real hope of reversing this downward spiral. Any realistic hope of that vanished last weekend in Tampa. No, the real concern about that injury is that Mara will use it as a convenient excuse to absolve McAdoo and GM Jerry Reese for the wreckage on the field. |
Our VP of player evaluation skipped one of the days of the draft to be at the Kentucky Derby in 2015.
Can you imagine if his last name wasn't Mara? Think that would fly?
The offense was the problem Week 1 and 2 and I really blame that on not really playing together during the Preseason as unit barely at all. You can't blame of the offense for losing 4 WRs in one game. He's doing what he can to get he most out of the crappy offensive line that they have.
I blame Reese more at this point. I have been an apologist for him for a while because he finds great for 1st & 2nd round draft picks for the most part, but we always have a glaring hole in part of our team, that is never even addressed in the off season.
B I guess Caserio and McDaniels in.
