So I have two Yahoo leagues. In my ppr I lost Dalvin Cook my 2nd rd pick last week. Two weeks ago I lost Olson my TE. This week I lose Beckham my #1 pick. I am 1-4. I am in full sell mode and trying to sell Wilson or Watson.
Im standard league I won to go 4-1 good for 2nd place. The guy in first has a stacked team (Wilson, Howard, matin, CJ Anderson, Brown, Diggs, Thomas). Ajai has done nothing for me. Baldwin is terrible. Reed is hurt and only plays part time. My saving grace?? Hunt and Green.
Please say some prayers for Diggs to make it through tonight unscathed. I now have just Pryor and Diggs unhurt. I hope Parker's injury isn't serious.
In my standard re-draft league, I had the same decision and played Watson over Russell Wilson, and won handily.
Watson is now is in the must-start category, every week. He is actually the 2nd leading scorer in fantasy football and that's in 4 starts and the 2nd half of week 1 and those being his first 4 starts of his career.
I told everyone here, make Deshaun Watson your top priority add, prior to last week's game, no matter what your roster needs are. Throw out your record, if you have Deshaun Watson and mediocrity behind him, you still have a chance this season. That's how amazing he is.
Bidding a ton on Alex Smith after week 1 might keep me relevant. Mariota and Dalton (the two QBs that I drafted) havn't really done much.

Save your $1, nobody is going to claim him off of waivers, you'll be able to pick him up for free after the waiver period. I would consider making a $2 claim on Roger Lewis, however.
I also screwed myself on the flex. Not that it was an easy choice, but I had Rishard Matthews, Buck Allen, Gallman & JStew as options, but also picked up BMarsh for RM w/ more TD potential w/ no Mariota and vs the SD D. Figured Allen was in too much of a time share and Collins moving ahead, Gallman much the same and a bigger unknown on NYG (and STILL underutilized due to playcall). JStew wasn't high up the list. So I ran w/ BMarsh thinking he would continue to get heavy targets in a likely high scoring situation (which looked ok pre injury). BMarsh was the WRONG answer
Now I've got DMurray on the outs too, w/ Hyde doing nothing. At 1-4 it ain't looking good unless someone else gets hot. I have Michael Thomas & DeVante Adams so there's hope, but things gotta start turning. Would love to flip Wilson for a TE...someone has Witten as a backup, but QBs are tough
First time over 100 points this season. (Thank you D. Martin and Jax defense).
I went from last place 2 weeks ago to probably second place this week.
I am so glad I stashed Martin...once David Johnson went down, I had to scramble to make room for RBs.

Even with Collins taking a larger running load, remember Buck Allen is still the primary pass catcher and he still does get his share of carries. So I would definitely be ok with continuing with him as your flex unless you have a better option. I wouldn't play Gallman this week against the Broncos DEF, but would consider him after.
For your TE, it looks like Charles Clay is out for awhile. Pick up Nick O'Leary. Had a big role as a receiver after Clay's injury in that game, Taylor looked to him frequently.
Also keep an eye on Kelce. Suffered a concussion last night, so if he can't go next week, Demetrious Harris is a good 1-week plug and play. I would prefer you go O'Leary, because he will get more burn in the coming weeks.
That's why I thought he & Gallman were shaky plays. Again not that there was an obvious choice!
Good pts on TE. I also was considering Kittle (SF), but yes KC & BUF backups are good places to look as well. Or I should grab Virgil Green... TEs working on what 6TDs against us in 5 games? Might as well get something out of a crappy NYG season
