This was expected, but what a season. I am interested to see how Gallman and Rudolph do with important roles. This is a huge opportunity for alot of players who got pushed aside once the season began. Thats the only real positive to watching these games now.
Eli is not responsible for Odell's injury. To claim he is is both idiotic and classless.
Eli has lead this franchise to 2 titles with class and dignity all the way and listening to ungrateful fans like you shit on him now is offputting. Go root for Philly.
For the inaccurate high pass that sent our franchise player to IR
Go shrug your shoulders apathetically while holding a clipboard
This is a pathetic statement. To suggest that its Eli's fault, or that any QB is always 100% accurate, is just wrong. The QB's get it on the WR's hands, thats primarily their job. This over the top, anti-Eli stuff is over the top.
Honest to god Les you are one of the worst posters on here... Â
instead of blaming the execution aspects of tough game played by tough guys. Maybe some of these guys are not cut out for it and can spend more time on their boat.

Eli has consistently overthrown and thrown behind his receivers forcing them to stop awkwardly and reach behind themselves or to jump acrobatically into the air to make catches that leave them vulnerable to all types of injuries.
Eli isn't the only one, but watching him game in and game out....his accuracy leaves a lot to be desired.

Probably f'd up his fantasy football strategy, ignore
Though Eli's skills have diminished, I think it's unfair to blame him here. Many QBs in this league are wildly inaccurate and don't have 4 WRs leave the game injured. Just terrible luck.

on this board if you don't praise Eli five times a day you are labelled a fake fan by the Eli mob. He is a liability to the team and endangering our talent with his crap throws and lethargic play
I ve watched some great quarterbacks. I never remember the fan base turning on them as they wound down their careers
It really is a "what have you done for me lately world"'for so many today.
For long time fans, it is really distasteful.
Les isn't turning on anyone, to be fair.
He's felt this way about Eli consistently and just feels more emboldened now to scream about how he's a fat, lethargic, lazy, red neck without catching too much shit for it, compared to previously.
He's basically the assholes who call into WFAN, message board format.
In the Eagles game he threaded a pass between three defenders. Yesterday his TD throw to Roger Lewis was incredible. But now he’s inaccurate and responsible for Odell, Sterling and Marshall's injury? Throw in Dwayne for good measure. My goodness.
good news but it's better than the possibility of ODB being rushed back to play a few meaningless games in December. Let him heal up and be ready for next year.
Don't forget, we were all 17 years old once, and spouting self-proclaimed wisdom on the school computers during our free period before lunch and recess.
Wow Les, a lot of people really seem to value your opinion here.... Â
Were posting "f you Reese!" on the thread where Eli was getting an x ray on his neck implying the potential injury was Reese's fault, but get all whiny and playing the classless card when their boy is given the same treatment
so it's ok to cuss out the GM because the QB had a neck x ray but it's not ok to criticize the sacred cow QB for a bad throw that led to an awkward attempt at a catch and a season ending injury to the MVP of the team. Got it
Just check out all of the overwhelmingly positive support you've Â

Thank you for stating what should be obvious. It's even worse because this offense is based on YAC, and Eli doesn't hit guys in stride nearly often enough.

shhhhh you are not allowed to say anything bad or question the awesomeness of Saint Eli
in an "objective" eye, both injuries the throws were high.. not saying Eli is at fault, but those throws did contribute to the process of both injuries.
hell, no qb is always perfect, but Eli does tend to have accuracy problems more oft than not. Is

but he missed throws on Sunday, including a laughably high overthrow that would have been a TD at the back of the endzone -- with no defender close to the receiver.
People on here. Like people are unable to compartmentalize things. The throw was clearly off and it caused Odell to make a move he would not have ordinarily made on that type of route which snow balled into how he was tackled and the rest is history. How people can’t say Eli has some fault (primary at that ) in Obj’s injury is beyond me...if Eli doesn’t make that throw like that the rest of the events are different .... period. That doesn’t mean that Eli won’t go down as the best Giant QB in history or that we don’t have countless other things in the past to be thankful for when thinking about Eli... it just means he’s the primary cause of Odell’s injury. Saying anything else you either didn’t see the play or just don’t want to speak the truth.

but he is inaccurate both within and beyond the receivers catching radius...I don't think anybody can argue w that
Guy is completing 68% of his passes with no running game yet the BBI Dim Bulbs rail on about his inaccuracy...
Such consistency
