Sterling Shepard, whose left foot is in a walking boot, said he sprained the same ankle as in camp. Said he's taking it day-to-day.
Injuries are a cancer

It's bad but take a deep breath. As a said on your WR depth chart thread, the pain and anguish of this season is now over, at least that's how I see it.

Yea, we still have to get through almost 3/4 of the schedule but living and dying with each play or who's injured and who's not is over until next season.

They will show up for these games, likely not win more than 3-5 of them the rest of the way. We will root for a couple spoiler victories in December and personal accomplishments and that's about it.

The reality is that we should now be more tuned into the elite college prospects than our weekly injury report.

The onus now is on ownership and what to make of not only this season, but the last 5 years of half measures that ultimately lead us to where we are now.

Unreal how bad this season has turned out

In a weird way, the guys they have coming in like Rudolph and King might actually make some plays and the TE position may finally get utilized.
Might as well let him get healthy

With so many injuries, I'm a lot less stressed about this season going forward.

With the notable exception of Eli - who, now everytime he throws an incompletion because a 6th string WR runs a bad route, will have no-nothings citing this as proof that he's completely and needs to be put out to pasture.

No green jello for him
Shut him down for the year.
FStubbs : 10/10/2017 6:49 pm : link
No need for him to take any more abuse this year. Be rested and ready for the new coach/offense next year.
I could be grasping
djm : 10/10/2017 7:27 pm : link
God knows this season has forced us all to grasp but i have to admit if the Giants were 3-2 right now and just lost their 3 best WRs for the season, we'd all be pretty miserable right now. Not to mention the other injuries. We'd be cooked no matter what. Only difference is we now have no faith in anything blue.
Of course he
SFGFNCGiantsFan : 10/10/2017 7:36 pm : link
Is.

I hate this season.
At this point why play him?
DavidinBMNY : 10/10/2017 10:17 pm : link
Night game - Denver? Seems like a bad idea in a meaningless season to play him in this game. He should get to at least moderate health.
