Without knowing the fate of The Dobbie Brothers.
QB- If they're picking in the top 5, QB will be the pick. Hope and pray that a trade up is not necessary.
WR- Once again, we need a #2 to compliment OBJ.
RB- We need an upgrade.
DL- JPP is toast, need to find another end.
S- Could use some help
CB- DRC is gone and Apple will play out his rookie contract. Need to find a starter.
So, assuming we luck out and get our QB in round 1, it appears the focus with the draft continues with OL, WR,DE,CB,RB,LB in that order.
We won't have the cap space like we did going into last year when Reese was able to bring in some high priced impact players, but should have enough to still bring in some quality talent.
WR- Allen Robinson- This guy would be a fantastic #2 next to OBJ and believe he could be had on the cheap.
G- Trai Turner- $$
S- Chancellor, Jennings
CB- Trumane Johnson
Now, obviously, we can't sign all of these, but Turner and Robinson would boost this team's fortunes immediately. Seattle is looking to get younger, so perhaps Chancellor too.
has been the feature back for a year and a half and everytime Duke Johnson touches the ball, he looks like Gallman does compared to Perkins.
In a vacuum I would trade every player on the roster.
where they think they are going to get Allen Robinson "on the cheap." I wouldn't hold my breath. The guy has made Blake Bortles and Christian Hackenberg look good. I wouldn't hold my breath. You might be better off looking for a lower tiered guy with a better catch rate.
From what OTC says I think they should have $25m at least. Maybe over $30m depending on who is released like Marshall or Harris.
Has fucked this team to the point that the teardown will take 3-5 years because of the cap hell he put us in because of his pathetic drafting, when are his fucking defenders now? Piece of crap GM he always was.
The salary cap how we can minimize the hits we are going to take with Vernon Jpp and Jenkins. Harrison seems like a reasonable contract at this point
Without any Olinemen, without Pugh and Richburg! Trust me, we are in cap hell, and we need new eyes and new blood that tears this down right. Thank You Mr. Mara for being an incompetent owner, you are at fault.

First, they probably aren't cutting Vernon JPP and Jenkins. But if they wanted to they could cut Vernon, Harrison and Jenkins next year with cap savings. JPP in 2019.
know if he will be any good? If they draft a qb how long will he have to sit behind Eli? There are no givens, but the Giants could get well from this draft, they could make some trades and stockpile a bunch of draft picks.
You are stuck with JPP and Vernon. JPP is a noose around our necks for 2 more years. Need to realize his limitations and draft a good DE and make JPP situational, although Iím still inot sure what situation that will be. This is why we need some extra draft picks. To get cheap players where we have incompetence. Any trades to get some picks and dump money should be done this year. Our GM unfortunately doesnít know how to do this
Maybe because I am now 55 and have less patience, screw the Giants . This summer I was at a party with an older guy. We were at a party for racehorse owners and trainers and were discussing owning horses and stuff. He said a very profound statement which I totally agree with. You need to have something in life to always look forward to. The Giants being interesting is something to look forward to. Far too often in the last decade they have let me down and not provided something to look forward to. I am substituting other things, but a good Giants team during the fall and winter is special and something that hasnít existed much recently.
JPP, Vernon, will be here for a while. With that said I think This team can be fixed much easier than you think.
Pugh is the main FA that needs to return and I would seriously consider him at RT. Richburg may need to walk and let Jones take over the center position. I hope a RG is priority next year in FA and a LT can be added to the mix either by draft or trade. Wheeler and Bisnowaty will have a year in and will fight for a starting spot.
The area of concern I have is LB. The only starter under contract is Goodson. Kennard, Casillas and Robinson all free agents. As average as they all are we need some good candidates to bring the athleticism to this group.
With DRC we would be looking for a CB anyway because of his age. It won't be 1st round but maybe 2nd.
Don't get me wrong, they need to fix stuff and add talent but it can be done
