WOW
Two top 10 teams fell last night to unranked teams.
2 Clemson lost to Syracuse (27-24)
and
8 Wash State lost to Cal (blown out 31-3)
With no great games today I am hoping for some more upsets. I would love for USC to lose to Utah and Georgia to lose to Missou (which won't happen).
Miami vs Georgia Tech might be a good game. Miami is a little banged up.
some other games today
OSU at Nebraska
Alabama vs Arkansas
Auburn at LSU
Mich at Indiana
Mich State vs Minn
Wash vs AZ State
Stanford vs Oregon
Navy at Memphis
Oklahoma vs Texas
OK State vs Baylor
Notre Dame with a much needed bye. Our RBs and Qb need to get healthy for a tough 2nd half stretch.
He hasn't played very well this season and it seems that everyone that has any connection to him and/or the school are saying he will not enter the draft.
Navy leads nation with 414 rushing ypg.
QB Zach Abey is 2nd in nation with 175 rushing ypg.
But Memphis has a strong, balanced offense.
GO NAVY!!!

I like Navy. Good Program good HC and staff.
Its not too hard to lead the nation in rushing when your team rushes 90% of the game.
I consider Abey not as a qb but as Head Running Back.
Beat Memphis!!!
Washington State's luck finally ran out. Mike Leach teams always give their fans a sugar high before the inevitable let down

It was an awesome win, for sure. My concern is that in typical Syracuse fashion, a win like this will put Babers at the top of a lot of wishlists and he moves on to greener pastures.
I like your description of Abey!
Fun team to watch.

I agree. They are good at what they do rush the ball. Even when you KNOW its a rush..you don't know who or where the rush will be. Very frustrating for defenses. Plus Abey is accurate enough that if you over stack the box 9 guys he can make a pass in one on one.
Ohio State doesn't play Penn State until the 28th (but think OSU will win)
Watch, the Giants will draft a QB again this draft. Then the guy will sit next to Webb taking notes behind Eli. Then the same people again will be calling for the Giants to draft a QB in 2019 again because the guys sitting on the bench are busts.
Alabama
Penn State
Georgia
Wash
Clemson drops to 9.
Good news is the Irish should move up 2-3 spots without having to win. From 16 to 13.
Georgia is damn good, as is 'Bama obviously.
Lovie Smith's Illinois juggernaut.
I remember back in the day they couldn't win a game.
They come to Hanover to face 5-0 Dartmouth next week. Should be a great game.
Rat Poison!
Definitely needs to spend another year in school. Three fumbles for loss in the first half. Brutal to watch the oscillation between exciting and terrifying.
Absolutely. As are a shit load of other players.

You think any of these QBs are on the Giants radar? I wonder if Rosen and Darnold are both lower down on the list...

Well that's revelatory. Thanks.
1. Alabama
2. PSU/Georgia
3. PSU/Georgia
4. TCU
5. Wisconsin
6. Ohio State
7. Miami
8. Oklahoma
9. Clemson
10. USC/Oklahoma State
ND will be around 12, Michigan 13 or 14
I'd like to see one of these Big 10 teams actually beat a top team before sending them all to the National Semifinals, lol. All of these teams have had a complete joke for a schedule. There are a lot of dreadful teams in the conference that they are getting fat on and the OOC schedules are embarrassing. The one opportunity they had, Ohio State was curb stomped at home by Oklahoma.
Fortunately for them, nobody else is distinguishing themselves either, but that's also a result of playing some teams that can actually fight back.
Mason Rudolph with 460 yards passing, albeit against Baylor. Still, I think he should be more in the conversation.

Miami is not that good. They got lucky beating FSU and barely beat GT. Top 15-20 yes. Top 10 no.
Ohio State will beat Penn State. I think the final four will be Alabama, Clemson, Ohio State and whoever wins the Big 12. With Georgia on the outside looking in.

should be the national semifinals this year. At least there's a chance of an undefeated Alabama-Miami and Penn St. or Wisconsin-TCU.

You're right, but overall nobody outside of a select few has played top competition. We'll find out more about the Big 10 in the next two weeks, as the big boys in the East finally play each other.
There's also a chance that we'll be talking about an undefeated matchup between South Florida and Central Florida at Thanksgiving and crashing the party.
Love it!
