That's exactly what he does. He was forced to take Flowers IMO by upper management. He loved Beatty. He let both Hankins and Joseph go. Along w missing on Austin and Bromley. Funny he misses on Flowers and Richberg declines and he's more than willing to not add players on he OL.
And still plenty of people here who are in denial about him. His FA splurge last year was a band aid. Now that it's fallen off his misses and bad decisions are amplified again
