Smh. Asking him if that was indeed a smile is all you need to know about a hack job like Ranaan.
Watch the press conference further, and see Ranaan question McAdoo twice, on who approved the play calling change. McAdoo stares down Ranaan and tells him twice (with his face buried into microphone with a laser-eyed focus ) that it was his decision.
You can tell McAdoo can't stand Ranaan, whatsoever.
What a smarmy, arrogant, worthless question to open a press conference. Who the fuck does he think he is? Listen bud, you're an ESPN hack. Nothing more than that.

Absolute nonsense question from someone who thinks he's hotter shit than he is.

Exactly correct...That was uncalled for. I wish he would of responded with. - We're a 1-5 football team we have a long way to go before we can smile. Now can I get a question from someone who's not a hack.
Just shows you the idiots who are reporting on the team...
you may only get ONE question to ask post game. The coach is also only going to limit the total number of questions. So, why these guys decide to ask a stupid fucking question really tells me that they have no idea what they are watching on the field and don't know what else to ask.

+1 Admired him for the effort he put in when he was a local beatwriter, though I always questioned his credentials as an x-and-o commentator. There aren't enough decimal places to express the liklihood I'd dignify his 4-letter network slop with a click.
Plus I have BBI to give me the cliff notes and add another checkbox to my "what an asshole JR is" column.
Yeah.. I think Twitter has really made these journalists lose focus of their jobs. They are influenced by what gets fans riled up, rather than the story.
As I've said before, I have a Journalism degree (which I barely used).. and I think that the curriculum needs to be changed to include social media influence. In the 1990s, you really focused on:
Reporting
Investigative Journalism
Editing
Public Relations
Layout
Circulation
Digital Media (not social media, just online stories)
Bias (haha..seriously, there was a course on it)
I almost feel that these reporters should be forced to take a course in the off-season on how to get back into journalism, and not be a reactor of social media.
I hate to call journalism an ART, but I think it used to be. It's no doubt a LOST art.

Can't qoute it off the top of my head but he said something jerkish like.."Eli listened and did what I told him to do"
To me it came off backhanded like and propping himself up like. I guess I just can't stand how arrogant it comes off as.

Glad McAdoo just ignored the follow up.

I wanted to hear who else laughed at the whole thing.

She also plays the lead in a new series that just started a few weeks ago called "Absentia".
