Was a clear indictment on MacAdoo's stubbornness and previous unwillingness to change. He's greatly responsible for the 0-5 start. Play calling was a lot less predictable and Pugh did a great job on Miller and Fluker played well.
I don't give BigMac any credit here. The team was in revolt and he had no choice. He probably still wanted to stick with his original plans if given the option. Leave Sully calling plays and leave the current OL alone. Just get the assistants donuts and coffee from now on, and let them do their jobs.

So, rather than "saving his job," last night's win convinces me more than ever that McAdoo needs to go.
