Does anyone on here have this car? Or at least look into it? Test drove one this past weekend and was really with it. Feels more luxurious on the inside than the sticker would indicate. Ride was smooth and no CVT which I prefer (didn't like the CRV when I test drove it last weekend).
Just looking to lease, so long term it doesn't really matter to me, but seems like an upgrade from my Ford Escape (which I didn't mind at all) while also because about $50 cheaper / month!
Worth something! We also have friends with the car who love it.
Yeah I think the more aggressiveness is linked to the lack of a CVT
she likes the highlander more, he likes the mazda more.
I used to complain about the fuel economy, then I leased an 8 cylinder Durango. I should just drive around with a long hose to the gas station now.
Had a 2016 Mazda 3, traded in for the 2017 Mazda 3. Honestly no complaints, tried to get my wife to get a 2017 CX-5.
Personal choice, but I advocate for Mazda all day long.
If you want to gee out about then a little more, see the link below.

mattlawson - I can't speak on the new body style CX-9, as I have a 2012, but the third row on ours is pretty spacious. Plenty big enough for three kids or two adults. The space back there is why we went with the CX-9 over a Pathfinder, which has a much smaller third row.
This was exactly what we felt when test driving the CRV.
No clue. We were on a 1 car diet for a few months a couple years back to save some money and all I needed was an around town car with AWD, so we decided to look into American cars. We had an Audi SUV as the other car so the payments on that were crazy and the Escape seemed cheap in comparison. Until I started looking into them this year.
I'm paying like $430/month on a lease with 36 months and 12K miles. Zero, or close to it, down at signing.
The guy quoted me the CX5 for $390/month with similar setup (closing costs of 1500 down).
A surprise, at least to me, in my search, was that the Acura RDX can be had for about $470/month with similar parameters. I always thought they were going to be much more expensive based on my perception of them being true luxury cars. I enjoyed testing that but the two screen and shitty NAV is enough to steer me away (pun intended).
How is it that none of these automakers can figure out how to put a sophisticated technology package in their car? Our phones have better interfaces than these cars. Crazy.
How do you like the RAV4? We swung by the dealer on East Main the other day and was impressed with the specs on the Hybrid (but didn't test it yet).
Love the Hybrid Rav. Get on average 36 per gallon some trips in the 40's. Drives nice and plenty of room.
