I'm gonna give this a whirl folks. Pitching matchup and lineups featured tonight in the Bronx. Looks like Headcase gets the nod over Ells.
CC Sabathia
14-5
3.69 ERA
9-5 in 20 postseason starts
7-2 with the Yankees
vs
Charlie Morton
14-7
3.62 ERA
Must-win for the Yanks tonight. I expect The Stadium to be absolutely rocking.
LGY.
"Get the fuck outta here, Reddick. Weak ass muthafucker."
Hehe....just rewound it and the last part is definitely what he said.
Houston's offense torches lefties too and CC shut them down with a little defensive help

I was wondering too. It looked like Reddick but I'm not sure why
The man simply hates when hitters make him field the ball and he isn't afraid to let them know
Cc is a man of principles

Also something about slamming his helmet.
That was hilarious.
CC is a fuckin man.
can't make out the middle
Wouldn't mind giving Betances a chance here. We're going to need him at some point

Especially considering his presence in the locker room. Need vets like CC.
Let's take this
Eh...no need to wear him out, and Warren really could use an inning. He has to be rusty as hell.

Love watching him pitch since he's reinvented himself

Can't underestimate how tight knit this team seems to be. Veterans like CC and Frazier are very helpful in this regard
He's literally just guessing at this point. It's been an abysmal zone all night. Balls are strikes, strikes are balls...
A)Warren has thrown like one inning in two weeks.
B)he got screwed on one of those calls
Because Girardi couldn't have known that for sure and Severino is gonna be our ace for a long time. His health is much more important than one game, even a big game like that.
That's a thought. Romine is also a better hitter with runners in scoring position than he is normally
Can't deny it
And I'll gladly trade Romines bat for Headcase and Ellsbury.
Ells can come in and pinch run later. That's what $153M buys in the playoffs these days.
Headley can make sure the sunflower seed bucket is in order.
Gray throws so many balls in the dirt and maybe Romine hits a single
McHugh is the Astros 5th starter being used out of the pen as a mop up man
